I find joy in helping Queens thrive with their hive and you can discover the joy of receiving the royal treatment.

$700 birth package includes a personalized birth story and childbirth education

Every woman is the Queen bee of her hive and deserves to be treated like the Queen that she is, especially during pregnancy

Having dedicated, continuous emotional & physical support for both of the parents has been proven to help you have a 25% shorter, easier, and healthier birth.

How can I be of service to you?

I attend to each Queen with the utmost care, I hope you will allow my years of experience to help you learn which positions will help speed things along at specific points during labor, pain management and train your mind to mentally prepare for giving your baby the most calm and loving birth that you can.

Whether you need me during pregnancy if you are on bedrest or after your little one has arrived to prepare snacks, meals, or baking your favorite treat to satisfy a craving, it is my honor to serve. The meticulous attention devoted to laundry and light housekeeping allows you to put your feet up. While they are up, how about a reflexology hand or foot massage and take some stress off of you? Need the sheets changed and the dog walked? Yep, I can take that off of your shoulders as well. My purpose is to nurture and to be of service.

What People Are Saying

“Shauna was an awesome Doula through our pregnancy and helped us out with any questions we had along the way. She helped my wife learn breathing techniques and help mentally prepare her for a natural birth. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else there to help us out. Definitely don’t hesitate to make her your Doula. You won’t regret it!”

— Alex

I have two children and Shauna was an integral part of both of their births. She is passionate, knowledgeable, and such a joy to be around. I highly recommend going the doula route and welcoming the additional support for mom, baby, and home, during what can otherwise be a stressful time.

I am a Certified Antenatal (high-risk pregnancy) and Postpartum Doula as well as a childbirth instructor. I received a degree in doula business management and am certified in adult and infant CPR and first aid. I was a high-risk Queen on bedrest with all 4 of my pregnancies. I have been where you are now and reached the other side successfully. Allow my years of experience to help guide you through this journey.

What makes me qualified to help you?

Most women feel anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted, or worse that she is a failure. Nobody should have to suffer through that alone. That creates chaos in the hive and can quickly lead to baby blues or postpartum depression.

My mission is to support Queen bees and their families during this transitional time in their hives. Allow me to be of service by taking care of the hive and nurturing those in it.

The first 12 weeks after you have given birth is one of the most special and important times as a family. You are bonding at such a deep level and setting your foundation for the next year.
